Course Description and Outline

Learning to Lead is designed as a youth edition of DAI’s Servant Leadership course which directly challenges the prevailing “big boss” gentile leadership practices.  The content also draws heavily on everyday examples of well researched servant leadership models and practical counsel is given which is immediately applicable for radical change and transformation.
